1-2 onions
3 garlic cloves
5 cm ginger or 2 tsp minced ginger
2 tsp garam masala
2 tsp coriander (seeds)
1 tsp cumin
0,5 tsp turmeric
0,5 tsp chilipowder

3 tomatoes
500 g frozen spinach
250 ml oatcream
salt
400 g tofu (preferably firm)
Fry cubes of tofu separately with a little bit of salt and garam masala til it gets a bit crispy on the surface.
Fry chopped onion, garlic and all the spices in neutral oil. Add chopped tomatoes and fry shortly. Add spinach, oatcream and salt. When the sauce is ready add the tofucubes. Serve with rice and bread.
