It's a super easy recipe that will take 15 min to make and it's also healthy and sweet! How good is that? :D
200g cashew nuts
100g raisins
a little bit of salt
1-2 table spoons water
1/4 vanilla powder OR couple of drops of vanilla extract
kakao - 1 table spoon
Coconut flakes
Crush the nuts in a food processor. Add the rest of the ingredients, mix to make a dough. Make small balls and roll them in the coconut flakes. Keep refridgerated. Enjoy!
