Soy bean beeves with taco taste

VEGETARIAN, 4 portions

INGREDIENTS
Soy beefs
400g soy beans (boiled)
1-2 eggs
1-2 tbs maize flour
1 bag taco spices or make your own mixture of chili, cumin, oregano and garlic
salt
pepper
oil
Salad sauce
Turkish yogurt
mayonnaise
apple
red onion
dill
salt
pepper
HOW TO PREPARE IT
Mix everything for the beeves and form to small beeves. Fry in oil.
Serve with pasta and a good salad. Prepare a salad sauce by mixing Turkish yogurt, mayonnaise, with apple and red onion cut in small pieces, dill, salt and pepper.
The beeves are suitable for freezing.
