Broccoli pie with quinoa

A very delicious meal we at at Emma's place while planning this project :)
INGREDIENTS
Pastry
2,5 dl quinoa
1 egg
1/2 dl sunflower seeds
1 tbs herbal salt
Filling
400 g fresh broccoli
1/2 dl pumpkin seeds
3 eggs
2 dl oat milk
1 1/2 tbs herbal salt
2 tbs chopped parsley and some extra to spread on the top
HOW TO PREPARE IT
Heat to oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Rinse the quinoa in both warm and cold water. Boil it according to the description on the package. Rinse the boiled quinoa in cold water and put it in a bowl. Mix with egg and sunflower seeds and herbal salt. Put the pastry in a pie form and spread it out with a spoon.
Bake the pastry for about 8 minutes. Take the form out of the oven and use a spoon to gently press the pastry towards the edges. Put bake in the oven and bake for another 2 minutes.
Rinse the broccoli and divide in in smaller parts. Boil water and precook the broccoli slightly. Roast the pumpkin seeds in a dry pan. Put the broccoli and the pumpkin seeds in the prebaked pie.
Mix eggs, oat milk, herbal salt and parsley. Pour it over the pie. Sprinkle some parsley on the top.
Cook in the oven for about 25 minutes.
