INGREDIENTS
4 sweet potatoes
mushrooms
eggplant
yellow pepper
tomatoes
sesame
olive oil
pepper
salt
HOW TO PREPARE IT
Cut the potatoes in half, put them in the oven with some pepper, salt and olive oil at 200°C (at least for one hour). Prepare the stuff: a mix of vegetables: eggplant, mushroom, pepper. Put the stuff inside the potato back in the oven for 20 more minutes and add sesame oil. Serve the potato with some salad.
