Ingredients
6 dl boiled chick peas
2 large onions
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons curry
2 teaspoons capsicum powder
1 apple
1 banana
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons tomato purée
1 tin (400g) crossed tomatoes
1 large garlic clove
parsley, lemon and (vegan) yogurt
How to cook it
Chop the onions. Fry them in the oil together with the spices until the onion becomes soft. Chop the apple and slice the banana and add to the pot. Flavor with soy sauce. Add the crossed tomatoes and garlic. Let it boil under lid for about 25 minutes. Then add the boiled chick peas and tomato purée and let it all be warm. Sprinkle parsley on top and serve together with thick yogurt, sliced lemon and rice or couscous. Enjoy together with friends!
