VEGETARIAN, 4 glasses
- 4 cups chilled yoghurt
- 2 cups chilled water
- 7-8 tablespoons of sugar (could add less or more if required)
1. Take the yoghurt in a large bowl, add water and keep whipping till the consistency is neither thick nor thin.
2. Add the sugar and mix well again.
3. Serve in the glasses and add 1-2 ice cubes.
4. Could garnish with raisins and grated cashews and almonds.
