VEGAN
You need:
200 g milk free margarine
2 dl brown sugar
3 tbsp syrup
4 dl wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
100g chopped almonds
1/2 tbsp. grounded cardamom
How do bake them:
Heat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Melt the margarine and mix with the sugar and syrup. Mix flour, baking powder, chopped almonds and cardamom in a bowl and then add to the margarine and sugar mixture. Blend until you get a smooth dough. Divide the dough in two parts and roll in two lengths. Put them on a baking sheet that you covered with a baking paper. Flatten them slightly. Put in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes. Cut the cakes in 3 cm thick pieces while the cake is still warm. Let them cool down. Enjoy with friends!
