VEGETARIAN, 4 portions
- 3dl flour
- 4 eggs
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 6dl milk
- 5 dl grated veggies for example carrots/cabbage/swede/parsnip
Mix the flour, the milk and the salt in a bowl. Add the eggs and lastly the veggies. Grease a baking sheet. Put it in the oven at 200 degrees for about 30minutes. Eat the pancake with lingonberry jam and with creme fraiche.
If you like, you can have a salad as a side dish, preferably with cabbage.
